What to expect
We answer within one business day. Anything that arrives over a weekend or on a holiday gets picked up the next working day. A person reads it — there is no ticket queue and no bot writing the first reply.
Before you email about an order
Two things save time:
- Have your order number to hand. It is in your confirmation email.
- If it is about delivery, check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. Tracking often takes a few days to start updating after a parcel leaves, which is normal.
If you have not had a dispatch confirmation within 5 business days of ordering, email us — something has gone wrong and we want to know.
Returns
Email us with your order number, the items and the reason, and we will send return instructions. Please wait for those before posting anything back. You have 30 days from delivery, on anything unworn with tags attached.
