Good to know

Before you order

How do I choose a size? +

Our sizes fit true to standard sizing. If you usually wear a size L, go with size L. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up — for example, if you are between M and L, choose L.

What if I am still not sure? +

Ask us before you order rather than guessing. Get in touch through our contact page with the piece and your usual size, and we will tell you what we know about how it runs. A question costs you a day; a return costs you a fortnight.

What are the pieces made from? +

Fabric and care instructions are listed on each product page, under Material & Care. The range spans knits, wovens and padded outerwear, so we describe every piece on its own page rather than making one claim that covers all of them.

What does shipping cost? +

Nothing. Free standard shipping on every order across the United States, with no minimum spend and no threshold to reach. It is the only shipping method we offer. Full terms are in our Shipping Policy.

How long will it take? +

1 to 3 business days to process, then 7 to 13 business days to arrive — 8 to 16 business days in total.

Why does it take that long? +

Our pieces are made by manufacturing partners outside the United States and ship directly from their facilities. That takes longer than a domestic warehouse would, and we would rather say so than pad the estimate and hope.

Where do you ship? +

The United States only, for now. Checkout will not complete for an address outside the US. Because it is all domestic on your end, there are no import duties or customs fees.

How do I track my order? +

We email a tracking number and link as soon as your order leaves, and you can follow it on our Track Your Order page. Allow a few days for tracking to start updating after dispatch — that gap is normal. If you have had no dispatch confirmation within 5 business days, email us.

Do you do womenswear? +

No. Menswear only, and that is deliberate — it keeps the range coherent enough that every piece works with the others.

After you order

Can I return something? +

Yes. 30 days from the day it arrives, on anything unworn and unwashed with tags and original packaging intact. Email us with your order number and we will send instructions — please wait for those before posting anything back. Full terms are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Who pays return postage? +

You do, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong — in which case we cover it. Use a tracked service; returns do occasionally go missing, and without tracking there is no way for either of us to prove what happened.

Do you offer exchanges? +

Not as a separate process. Holding a piece while a return travels back usually means the size you wanted has gone. Return the original for a refund and place a new order — it is faster and the outcome is the same.

When do I get my money back? +

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the original payment method. Allow 5 to 10 business days for it to appear — most of that wait is your bank rather than us. If it has been 14 business days since we confirmed the refund, check with your bank and then email us.

Something arrived damaged or wrong. +

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and you will not be posting anything back at your own expense.

Can I change or cancel my order? +

Email as soon as you can. We can usually make changes while the order is still with us, but once it has been dispatched a return is the only route.

Is checkout secure? +

Yes. Payment is processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout — we never see or store your card details. See our Privacy Policy for what we do collect.

Why is the range so small? +

Because most of what we look at does not pass. We would rather carry forty things we would wear ourselves than four hundred we would not. The range grows slowly and on purpose.

Do you restock? +

Core pieces, yes. Seasonal pieces and one-off colourways are not usually repeated — when a colourway sells through it tends to be gone.
