These Terms of Service govern your use of the Marlowe Standard website and your purchase of any products from it. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including materials, measurements and care instructions. Product photographs are intended to represent items faithfully, but colours can appear differently depending on your screen and its settings. Slight variation between the image and the item you receive is normal and is not considered a defect.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, and to discontinue any product at any time. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and issue a full refund for that item.

Pricing and Errors

Prices are listed in United States Dollars. We take care to ensure pricing is accurate, but in the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and to refund you in full. We will always contact you before doing so.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, an unauthorized transaction, or a breach of these terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, and the Marlowe Standard name and logo — is our property or is used under licence, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, to interfere with its operation, or to use automated systems to extract data from it without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marlowe Standard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from the purchase or use of any product. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
